First Quality

First Quality UK Ltd are providers of systems consultancy and training services to assist small, medium and large organisations implement management systems. We specialise in ISO 9001 quality systems, ISO 14001 environmental systems and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety systems (This used to be BS OHSAS 18001:2007). The company was established in 1991 by the Managing Director Graham Froggatt.

About Graham Froggatt, BSc, CEng, MIET, MCQI, CQP

During over 40 years of experience in the engineering, manufacturing and service industries, Graham has had extensive experience in all aspects of systems management.

Prior to establishing First Quality UK Ltd Graham has worked as a Electronics Engineer, Quality Manager and a consultant for two national management consultancies.  This work has involved Engineering Projects, BS EN ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems, Total Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety.

Consultancy industries include engineering, transport, distribution, leisure centres, food and drink, building, manufacturing, local authorities and all types of service industries.

Graham has been involved in over two hundred successful systems projects including BS EN ISO 9001 quality systems, BS OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety systems, ISO 14001 environmental management systems, TickIT software systems, ISO/TS 16949 automotive systems, AS 9100 aerospace systems and ISO 17025 Laboratory systems.
